So Pontefract Cake liquorice is a favorite liquorice sweet amongst those who like their liquorice softer. Pontefract cakes are distinctive in shape and design and traditionally made in Pontefract, Yorkshire. Soft and squishy with a strong liquorice flavour. And a special circular shape with a distinctive stamp. Pontefract Cakes are delicious on their own. Or for a real liquorice hit why not try them in connection with our delicious Double Salt.
